ABOUT US
The Blythe Oldfield Community Association (BOCA) was established in 2014 to serve our fellow neighbors. BOCA works closely with several community agencies and partners to collaborate and advocate for resident needs. BOCA also assists in overseeing the community garden and organizing community events.
